A goalkeeper in an Argentina third division match simplified this whole business of football by throwing the ball into his own net. I mean, why bother with all the back and forth and anticipation when you can just get right to the point?
His team went on to lose 5–0, because once this happens, there just isn’t a point in trying anymore.
